I decided to move away from the bargain hunter audience by focussing less on the products and more on gaining trust with the customer. The premium products will sell themselves. Its the service that must be in focus.
I went for a more illustrative look with calming pastels, giving the customer a feeling of ease once on the site.
Each persona has things they want to, either do with their new products or even without. Giving the feeling of freedom, choice and options in their daily lives.
